Parking - there is limited parking. We have permission to park at the Water Works. You may drop off your rider(s), family, bikes and gear at the top of the mountain. NO RIDER'S MEET - all info you need will be in pickup packages- swag, start time for your cat and age group, award time, course map, COVID-19 guidelines, etc.
Groups of 10 riders will go out at start line staged 6 feet apart and riders on deck will be stage within COVID-19 guidelines.

Scooter Ages 3-5 (pick up package at 7:30am) 8:00am
Acorn Ages 6-8 (pick up package at 7:40am) 8:15am
Big Acorn Ages 9-11 (pick up package at 7:50am) 8:20am
ADULT & JUNIORS - CHECK IN TIMES- Please come at designated times only to check in (if you need a new bib/timing chip) or pick up race envelope at self check in station if you have a bib/timing chip from previous race).
PRO CAT 1 - 8am (if you need bib/timing chip)- race at 9am
CAT 2 - 8:15 am (if you need bib/timing chip) race at 9:30am
Single Speed - 8:30 am (if you need bib/timing chip) race at 10:00am

Severe weather policy
Unless otherwise posted, race will be held. Safety of all racers is our main priority. If there is a delay or cancellation due to weather conditions, racers are responsible for checking information posted by director.
The information will be posted on the home page of website, social network avenues, and via email up to 72 hours prior to race.
There will be no registration refunds once registration is processed. We will allow transfers to upcoming races. All transfers must be requested 10 days prior and is only allowed for races that were rescheduled. Transfers will not be allowed 10 days before race or after race.
